48V 20A IP67 Waterproof Onboard LiFePO4 Battery Charger for Golf Carts

This 48V 20A IP67 onboard LiFePO4 battery charger is designed for golf carts using 48V or 51.2V lithium iron phosphate battery packs. It provides a rated output of 58.4V DC and 20A for 16S LiFePO4 batteries.

The charger is designed for permanent onboard installation, helping users charge the golf cart without carrying a separate portable charger. Its aluminum housing, mounting brackets and IP67 protection make it suitable for demanding golf cart operating environments.

Different wiring harnesses and connector configurations are available. A lead for the golf cart LED indicator can be added when required. The charger interlock connector, AC input connector, battery terminals, cable length and connector type can also be customized. Unnecessary cables or connectors can be removed according to the customer’s installation requirements.

The product images show sample wiring configurations. Before production, please provide the battery voltage, maximum charging voltage, battery capacity, BMS charging-current limit, connector details, cable length and interlock requirements.
