We support standard production and OEM/ODM battery charger projects for lead-acid, AGM, GEL, lithium-ion and LiFePO4 batteries. Customized voltage, current, charging program, connector, housing, label and packaging can be arranged according to customer requirements.

R&D and Engineering Capability

We have an in-house R&D team with 10 hardware and software engineers. Our team supports charger circuit design, charging program development, thermal optimization, protection function setting, product testing and technical improvement.

For different battery types such as lead-acid, AGM, GEL, lithium-ion and LiFePO4, we can adjust charging voltage, charging current, charging stages, floating charge logic, protection parameters and indicator control according to battery specifications and application requirements.

For OEM/ODM projects, we support more than basic appearance customization. From battery specification review, charging curve confirmation and connector matching to waterproof structure, heat dissipation, sample testing and mass production verification, we help customers develop practical and reliable custom battery charger solutions.


Production Capacity & Traceability

Our factory has 3 production lines, with a monthly production capacity of more than 20,000 units. This allows us to support regular batch orders, repeat orders and customized battery charger projects with stable production arrangements.

We use an intelligent production management system to track each order from production arrangement to final shipment. Key production information, including product model, charging program, connector, label, packaging and inspection records, can be managed and traced during the production process.

Before delivery, each production step is checked according to our work instructions and inspection standards. Chargers are released for shipment only after the required inspections are completed and the product quality meets our delivery requirements.


Production Equipment

Our factory is equipped with practical production equipment for battery charger manufacturing, including wave soldering machine, optical inspection equipment, ultrasonic PCB cleaning machines, component forming machines, wire stripping machines, terminal crimping machines, program downloaders, laser marking machine, automatic glue dispensing machine and die-casting machines for waterproof charger parts etc.These facilities help improve production efficiency, product consistency and customization capability for different charger models.

Testing Capability

We use electronic loads, power meters, voltage regulators, oscilloscopes, temperature recorders, constant temperature aging equipment, comprehensive testers and hipot testers tec to check charger performance and safety.

Main testing items include output voltage, charging current, input power, charging performance, waveform, temperature performance, insulation, high-voltage safety, protection function, connector polarity and aging performance etc.
