High-Power Charging for Commercial and Industrial Battery Systems
The YXLN YX-2000WP and YX-3000WP are high-power waterproof onboard and portable off-board battery chargers developed for commercial electric vehicles, industrial equipment and large-capacity 48V battery systems.
Two charging-current options are available. The YX-2000WP provides a 48V 30A configuration with a 100–240VAC input, while the YX-3000WP provides a 48V 50A configuration with a 200–240VAC input.
Each charger is manufactured with one confirmed voltage, charging current and charging profile. The final configuration is selected according to the customer’s battery chemistry, maximum charging voltage, capacity, permitted charging current and equipment requirements.

Different battery chemistries require different charging voltages, charging stages and termination conditions. Each charger is therefore configured according to the confirmed battery specifications rather than using one universal charging profile for every battery.
In addition to the high-power YX-2000WP and YX-3000WP series, we also manufacture lower-power and lower-current battery chargers for smaller battery packs and lighter-duty applications.
