RV Converter Charger Replacement Kit
The YXLN RV Converter Charger Replacement Kit provides a practical replacement and upgrade solution for 12V RV power centers. It converts 105–130VAC shore power or generator input into stable 12VDC power for RV electrical loads while charging the onboard house battery.
Separate 35A, 45A, 55A and 65A models are available for different RV power requirements.
When the RV is connected to shore power or a generator, the converter charger performs two functions at the same time:
12V DC Power Supply
It converts incoming AC power into stable 12VDC power for RV loads such as:
Interior lighting
Water pumps
Ventilation fans
Furnace control systems
Refrigerator control boards
USB and other 12V accessories
The converter charger also provides charging power to the onboard 12V house battery.
The total rated output current is shared between active 12V loads and battery charging. For example, when RV equipment is drawing current, the remaining available output is used for battery charging.
The DC fuse distribution board includes a manual battery mode selector.
Users can select the appropriate charging program according to the installed battery type:
Designed for compatible 12V lead-acid battery systems, including flooded, AGM and GEL batteries when the charging program is configured accordingly.
Designed for compatible 12.8V LiFePO4 house battery systems.
Manual selection gives the installer direct control over the battery charging mode and avoids relying on automatic battery-type recognition.
The correct battery mode must be selected before operation. Lead-acid and LiFePO4 batteries require different charging programs and must not be charged using the wrong mode.
The included DC fuse distribution board organizes and distributes 12VDC power to multiple RV branch circuits.

The fuse board allows the converter module and the RV’s 12V distribution section to be replaced or upgraded together.
This is an open-frame, high-current electrical module intended for installation inside a protected and ventilated RV power center or electrical compartment.
