The YXLN RV Converter Replacement Module is designed for RV owners, repair workshops and power system suppliers who need to replace only the converter section of an existing 12V RV power center.
Unlike a complete converter replacement kit, this product does not include a new DC fuse distribution board. It is intended for applications where the original fuse board, AC breaker section and power center enclosure remain in usable condition.
Separate 45A and 55A models are available.
When connected to shore power or a generator, the module converts 105–130VAC input into 12VDC power.
The available DC output is used for two purposes at the same time:
It supplies power to compatible 12V equipment such as:
Interior lighting
Water pumps
Ventilation fans
Furnace control systems
Refrigerator control boards
USB ports
Other 12V RV accessories
The module also supplies charging current to the onboard 12V house battery.
The rated 45A or 55A output is the total available DC capacity shared between operating RV loads and battery charging. It does not mean that the full rated current will always flow into the battery.
The module supports manual selection between compatible Lead-Acid and LiFePO4 charging modes.
Designed for compatible 12V lead-acid battery systems, including flooded, AGM and GEL batteries when matched with the correct charging program.
Designed for compatible 12.8V LiFePO4 house battery systems.
Manual selection allows the installer or user to choose the charging profile according to the actual battery chemistry instead of relying on automatic battery-type recognition.
The correct battery mode must be selected before operation.
When an RV converter fails, the complete power center may not need to be replaced.
If the existing AC breaker section, DC fuse distribution board and enclosure are still functioning correctly, the converter module can be replaced separately. This reduces unnecessary component replacement and makes the module suitable for:
RV power center repair
Failed converter replacement
Charging system upgrade
Lead-Acid to LiFePO4 battery conversion
RV aftermarket maintenance
Dealer and service workshop projects
Installation compatibility must be confirmed according to the original power center model, dimensions, wiring and current rating.

Installation should be performed by a qualified technician.
Before installation:
Disconnect shore power
Turn off the generator
Disconnect the house battery
Verify AC and DC wiring
Confirm battery polarity
Select the correct battery mode
Confirm that all terminals are securely tightened
Keep the fan and ventilation area unobstructed
This product is not an inverter. It converts AC input into 12VDC output; it does not convert battery power into 120VAC.
